Conditions

A right of withdrawal within 30 days of receipt applies only if the products are in their original condition, undamaged, and the safety seal on the bottle remains fully intact.

For reasons of public health and biosafety, products whose protective seal or cap has been opened or tampered with after delivery are not accepted for return and are not refunded.

Securely pack the unopened products in their original shipping packaging

Who pays return shipping

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, we pay the shipping fees by sending you a return label or a courier. If you simply decided not to keep it, you cover the return shipping costs. There are no hidden restocking or processing fees.

Refund timing and method

The refund is credited within 3 business days of successful product inspection. For cash-on-delivery purchases, the funds are deposited into the bank IBAN you provide. For bank payments, they are returned to the originating account. The funds usually take 1-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges
