Greenslegen ensures prompt and reliable shipping of herbal dietary supplements throughout Greece. Every order is processed responsibly, following strict handling standards for botanical formulas to preserve their quality.
Delivery methods

Delivery estimates are calculated in business days from dispatch. Remote areas may require 1-2 additional days.
- If your cart exceeds €45 for Greece, standard shipping is on us. For smaller orders, the cost is €3.50.
- Your package arrives at your door within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
- Orders completed before 14:30 on weekdays are prepared and dispatched the very same day.
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product remains sealed and in its original box.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
Order processing
Orders placed before 14:30 on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or over weekends and public holidays, are sent the next business day. Upon completion, you immediately receive a confirmation message with your order number.
Botanical capsule formulas are packed in bottles with a dedicated airtight safety seal and protective cap. During shipping, they are placed in sturdy boxes with shock-absorbing lining and protection against temperature and humidity fluctuations.
Tracking your parcel
Once the parcel is shipped, an email or SMS is automatically sent with the unique tracking code to follow the delivery progress in real time.
Lost or delayed parcel
If your parcel tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, write to us at [email protected] with your order number. We will immediately launch an inquiry with the courier service and either ship a replacement parcel or issue a full refund, per your preference, within 10 business days of your message.
Damaged on arrival
In case of receiving a parcel with external damage or a broken safety seal, please contact customer support within 48 hours with photos, so that an immediate replacement can be arranged at no extra charge.
Payment methods
We support Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask for your passwords or card details by phone or email.
Delivery outside Greece
We ship our parcels to specific countries. The final charge and estimated delivery time are clearly shown at checkout before completion. Any customs clearance fees or local duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
