The goods

The business offers herbal dietary supplements and botanical extracts in capsule form, intended solely to support everyday wellness. Product pages state precisely what each package contains, its quantity, and its form. Images are indicative and the final box may show minor variations.

Ordering and contract

The order is placed once you complete checkout. We send a confirmation to your email, and the sales agreement is considered valid upon dispatch of the products. We may decline an order in the event of stock exhaustion or an inability to verify details, promptly refunding any payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before confirmation. Payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious error in the stated price, we reserve the right to correct it prior to dispatch, offering you the option to confirm or cancel.

Details regarding shipping methods, transit times, and fees can be found on the Delivery and Payment page. Responsibility for the products transfers to you once the package is delivered.

Product images and colours

We photograph the exact packaging that travels to your home. Color display is affected by screen brightness, browser settings, and ambient lighting, so a subtle difference in tone does not constitute a defect or grounds for a free return or compensation. Detailed information on ingredients, dimensions, and contents is listed on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We take full responsibility for protecting the package until it reaches you or your designated recipient. From that point on, liability for any loss or damage rests with you. If you notice visible damage upon delivery, note it with the courier and notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return the product within 30 days from the delivery date by following the instructions in the Returns section. Greenslegen guarantees that products are delivered intact, with complete safety seals, and within the indicated expiration date. The statutory warranty of conformity applies under Greek consumer protection law.

• Products made or customized specifically for the customer
• Products with a short shelf life or perishable goods
• Sealed dietary supplements and botanical capsules whose authenticity or safety seal has been opened after delivery, for reasons of health protection and hygiene
• Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
• Digital content or printed material protected by a seal that has been unsealed by the consumer

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, company liability is strictly limited to the value of the order placed or to the amount of 100 €. Nothing in this document limits or excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded under applicable law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Take capsules strictly according to the label, as herbal supplements do not replace medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law and applicable EU law. The courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. In the event that an issue remains unresolved after speaking with us, jurisdiction belongs to the courts where the company is based, while fully preserving your legal rights in your place of residence.
